Cancelation policy
At Gaia Boutique Retreat, we understand that changes to your travel plans may arise. For this reason, we have established the following cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days prior to the arrival date.
In the event of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival, the reservation amount is non-refundable.
In certain cases, the cancellation policy may vary depending on the selected offer or discount at the time of booking (e.g. non-refundable offers).
No-Show
If the guest does not arrive at the property on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the property reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation.
Early Departure
In the event of early departure after arrival, the property reserves the right to charge the full amount of the remaining nights.
Refund Policy
Provided that the cancellation is made within the permitted time period (up to 14 days prior to arrival), any advance payment made will be refunded according to the payment method used.
The refund processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Reservation Modification
Changes to the stay dates may be made subject to availability and after communication with the property.
Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, emergency situations, etc.), every possible effort will be made to accommodate guests, such as transferring the reservation to a new date.
